Installed Win7 and my Apps the way I wanted them and made a system image using Win7 built in tools.
In the same folder my WindowsImageBackup fodler was created, three "mystery" folders have appeared and i cant delete them?
Looking at them they might be something to do with .Net???
These folders are the temp folders created by Microsoft Programs and Updates. The compressed install/update files are decompressed in to these folders and then the updation process will be performed. Usually the update programs after updation will perform cleaning process to delete these folders. Sometimes these folders are left out by the update programs.
To remove these folders, restart the system and delete them safely. If you can not delete (when some programs lock these folders, use Unlocker freeware program to unlock them and then delete them.
