It's that japanese browser isn't it? I used it for a while but couldn't see why it's so popular there!

No, I don't believe its from Japan... its called sleipnir and I rather like it..

I still reckon it's japanese! I remember reading that it's very popular in Japan and I used it for a few days but didn't get to grips with it. I will definitely give it another try - downloading now...

Nice servers, 49.5M D/L only took 24secs, but I won't know how to act, It's only version 6.10, I'm used to the tweeners (IE) or high thirties (FF).

One item I want to try is the capability to live switch between the engines:

The Sleipnir browser is well-known among Japanese technophiles, many of whom value the high level of customization that the browser allows.
At the center of this customization is the ability to select either the Trident or Gecko layout engines for each Web site visited. Trident was developed by Microsoft Corp. and is used in Internet Explorer while Gecko is used in Mozilla's Firefox.

As any user who has changed Web browsers knows, some sites look different or offer different functionality depending on the browser in use. By clicking a small button in the bottom left of the browser and switching between Trident and Gecko, users can choose the best one for the particular site.

Installed this browser today. Took a bit of effort to get SevenForums image on Speed Dial though. Tabs at the bottom instead of the top.

Same question.... Anyone know what it is?
