Naming printers

I am setting up a network at my museum with 2 computers and 2 printers. The printers are the same (HP Officejet 4500) with the same default name, problem is I need to give them different names so people using them will know where to send data to be printed.

I have tried everything...and nothing works. Please help.

Windows 7, HP machines and printers.

In devices and printers, right click on the printer. Choose Printer Properties (NOT the properties at the bottom) and you can change the name there.
