Napster??

Everyone:

Why does my Napster account say this:

"Your account is not compatible with mobile devices. If you want to use a mobile device, you must upgrade to a Napster To Go Subscription."

I already am a Napster To Go Subscriber!!

Is Windows 7 not compatible with Napster or what??
This is very fishy to me!!

Please help me, thanks.

It sounds to me more like it's Napster, not your PC. Have you tried contacting their customer support?
