I have very very light knowledge about networks; please keep in mind I can make dump questions.

I have been looking at my router in Settings > Diagnostics > NAT > Current sessions for several days and I found 5 entries like this one, all of them originated from local ip 172.27.0.64.

"ipv4 2 udp 17 479 src=172.27.0.64 dst=120.xx.xx.xx sport=47556 dport=10001 packets=75192 bytes=7026402 src=120.xx.xx.xx dst=23.xx.xx.xx sport=10001 dport=47556 packets=7830 bytes=2301982 [ASSURED] use=2"
They slightly differ in the dst ip, packets, bytes and ports.

What is it and how can I get details of these packets mentioned?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Welcome to te forum. You cant see the packets as they are udp that just sends an hello and recieves no reply so there is no actual connection made often somehing testing if the ip is alive nothing to worry about
