Nearly ALL Windows Updates Fail to Install

Hello,

I've been having an issue with installing updates for a long time now, but it was only one update that was failing, and I wasn't able to find a fix for the specific one anywhere on the web. I decided to check again to make sure others have updated, but almost EVERY update that has been given to me has failed, aside from the occasional one that does work.
I have attached three images. Two images are of one particular update that, in the past, has never been able to install. It's been failing to install since the day after I built this computer (Dec, 25, 2013)

The other image shows all failed updates in the past two days. Windows tells me I have 16 important updates, but it can't even get passed "Preparing to install". I waited about an hour, and it was still preparing, so I canceled.

If anyone has any idea whatsoever of what I could do to make these updates finally go through, it would be much appreciate. My computer has attempted to update probably almost every night since I got it (nearly 2 years ago). I want it to finally stop.

Thanks

Please follow the Windows Update Posting Instructions and post the requested data

If the file is too large (8MB compressed), remove the older CBSPersist cab files until the final file is below the limit - you can always post them separately after zipping them. (the forum doesn't allow the upload of bare CAB files, for a number of reasons)

Please also post the C:\Windows\windowsudpate.log file
