Need a fix!

The size of the tab that pops up on the taskbar is messed up. If that doesn't make sense, see this:

How do I get them back to normal size, or at least to the point they're readable? (I run Win7 Starter) Also, do you think if I upgrade to Home Premium, it would fix that?

Right click on tasbar/then properties then you can make changes there.

There's nothing that allows me to change the size of the popup thing.
