Need a Vista ISO DL link

Does anyone know of a reliable site that has a Vista ISO aside from torrent sites? Any version may do, and I would be very, very happy if it were from a Microsoft site. I tried, but I can't find one. They should include a downloadable ISO in case you lost your disk. THEY SHOULD.

I need to do a very quick software and hardware test on a Vista environment. Thank you. (Diagnosing battery problems)
