Need a win 7 driver for a new 4G v2 usb IK41VE modem

Hi guys!
Bought this brand new vodafone USB connect 4G v2 IK41VE modem/dongle but it only comes with windows 10 & linux drivers & i need a windows 7 driver.
This is the Alcatel version of the same product that has all the normal drivers supplied.
Can anyone help me find the windows 7 drivers for this item by any chance?

,Thanks for your reply! I did go to the Alcatel website & i did download some software that was the latest version,its not all to clear on there to be honest. i then tried to search the downloaded software from device manager but it didnt find/install the drivers it needed.

you need to post the device id.

you can get it from msinfo32>components>click on problem devices

then click File >export and export as a text file.

Hi, Thank you for your reply, i will insert the modem/dongle inm and find you the info you asked about.Also ive contacted Alcatel via message on the Alcatel website asking them for a windows 7 driver for there Linkkey 4G usb modem/dongle and asking where to find it on tyhe Alcatel website so i will see what they say when i get a reply.

Does this help? in device manager i have 4 items that have not been installed, but no modem or network card are showing up either as they normally would?

You could try sdi origin and see if that suggests anything that might work
