Depends what you want to do with it. But 2GB of RAM are a little shy. I also noticed that you opted for the on-board graphics. And a better PSU might be required if you want to upgrade later. One 250GB HDD only is also not much. But as I said - it depends what you want to do with the box. For surfing, office work and watching pictures it will be fine. For gaming or large amounts of data you need some "upgrades".
