Need Block to FLASH USB.

Dear Experts,

I need software for block flash usb drive connectivity on computer whenever I need or no need.Is it possible no any user can't connect own usb on any usb port???

yap..that's possible.
just used lock usb port. Registry Hack to Disable Writing to USB Drives - How-To Geek
or you can play with registry.
but i'm not sure if windows 7 store is same with windows xp.
if windows xp. i just go to the command prompt. then C:\inf
then change the usbstor.inf, usb.inf and usb.pnf
