Hi All,

I have a Dell OptiPlex 745 that crashes every so once in awhile. We upgraded the box to an SSD drive with additional 4GB of memory, so I am wondering if either one is causing the issue. Attached is the crash report which I hope I did correctly. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Welcome to Seven Forums.

Is the firmware for your SSD up-to-date? If not, check for one.

Security App
Code:
Start Menu\Programs\Symantec Endpoint Protection	Public:Start Menu\Programs\Symantec Endpoint Protection	Public
Crashes indicate your Symantec being a possible cause. Remove Symantec and replace with Microsoft Security Essentials to see if it provides more stability. Uninstallers (removal tools) for common antivirus software - ESET Knowledgebase

Microsoft Security Essentials and Malwarebytes, both recommended from a strict BSOD perspective.

Microsoft Security Essentials, Free antivirus for windows

Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free

DO NOT start the free trial of MalwareBytes. Deselect the option when prompted.
