I am thinking about buying a bluetooth device for conecting pc's and cell phones for data transfer...

I haven't needed drivers for the three Android phones I've used - they were all recognised as USB storage devices and gave me access to the internal and SD card storage. Are you looking for serial mode or similar drivers to act as a modem ?
