Need For Speed World fatal_Server_error_7

Help, I have NFSW and I have a problem with it showing this error and closing. FATAL-ERROR-7 and then it closes. Sometimes when this happens I loose internet connection and or parts of my OS like the mouse stops working all together, The task bar disappears, or my Rocketdock will disappear. Then I have to restart and sometimes that doesn't work. I have run a full scan for viruses and I used the Microsoft Malicious software removal tool to try and find the problem but they show that my computer is clean. I have wondered if it may be a heat problem so I turned my fan on High but no difference. I am running a GTS 250 Nvidia with 1 gigg DDR3. Please help.

I know this post is old but still showing up in search engine results so though just reply to it as a mupet 1045 days ago well for a start sounds like your computer got maleware you need to download the 64bit Malwarebyte its a trail but still worth downloading now for the Microsoft Malicious software removal tool doesn't always detect male ware or viruses useless i used to be a AVG user and a Norton User but none of them are good and if your computer has slow performance then i would recommend avast not only that its better and protects your computer from unwanted threats also dont reliy on windows defender that doent do nothing you still need to protect yourself it should also fix heat problem or you may need processor paste maybe cpu over heating turning of the PC if thats the problem you have also check your psu witch is power supply make sure that not very hot if it is you need new one some of them can hit 30c or more but that is fine, now need for speed world has fatal error problems in a map and causes you to be locked out and then when you login in gives message saying please try again later they are fixing your account for you give couple days and it should work again or if your in patent then register new EA account at need for speed world..
