Solved need help a 2nd inside harddrive in a desktop

I have hooked up all wires and. I can not find it listed any help would be great I have win 7 hp a Compaq Presario

I found it in device manger but I cant access it

IF the BIOS sees the drive correctly, in Windows right-click Computer/My Computer and choose Manage. When that comes up click Disk Management, if it's shown there it may need to have a partition created on it which will be followed by formatting. After that see if a drive letter has been assigned, need one for Windows Explorer to access it.
