Need help assigning drive letter on a partitioned 128gb sd card

I'm trying to assign a drive letter on a second partition I have on a 128gb card, but I'm having problems. I'm using a third-party software (MiniTool Partition Wizard Pro) and still not able to do it. I'm trying to have one partition as FAT32 and the other NTFS. Is it possible?

Hello and welcome theblasterkid mate could you please send a screen shot of what you have because I use PW all the time and have never had a problem with something like this.

As to having two partitions with different formats on the one drive I am not sure.

Edit if you Google that query it comes up with few ideas this is one for an external drive Can I set up a hard drive with two partitions, one NTFS and one FAT/FAT32? there are other answers but a lot deal with Mac stuff
