need help...blocking screen saver bypass

Hi,
I've been monitoring a pc that my brother uses in order to prevent him from using it without supervision.

Anyhow, I've noticed lately that he's been able to bypass the screen saver "which is password protected" by basically starting a presentation in power point which would put the screen in full mode,thus preventing the screen saver from kicking in.

Is there a way to force the screen saver to run?

The pc runs on windows 7 Ultimate

Screensavers are no security measure worth mentioning.
How about using a password protected account so your brother can't even begin to start anything.
Or if it's official (family) rule that he can't be unsupervised give him his own account which is modified to match his rights (group policy).

Thank you for the links, they are very useful and I'll try some of the steps there soon

Another question , I would like to force windows to lock after certain time of non-activity despite of full screen programs , is there any settings or programs that do that?
