This is pretty straight foward, it was caused by your Mcafee antivirus software. I would recommend to remove it completely
How to uninstall or reinstall supported McAfee consumer products using the McAfee Consumer Products Removal tool (MCPR.exe)
I would recommend you to use MSE if you need an antivirus program to protect your machine: http://www.microsoft.com/security_essentials
Please scan full computer for malware too
