Need Help Changing IP

I got IP-banned from a website. So I went to the Command Prompt, typed in "ipconfig /release" and then "ipconfig /renew", then reset my computer, expecting that once I rebooted it, I would be able to bypass the ban. But I was still banned! Please help. If it matters, I use Windows 7 and an SMC wireless router.
