Need help in installing win7 in my sony laptop:URGENT

i have a sony laptop with vista 32 bit.when i reboot with the dvd it takes hell of a time to show "windows loading" then it just gets stuck there nothing happens and when i press anything while its stuck it makes beep sounds. can anyone help.i want to dual boot this with my vista as my vista is genuine.and i have also heard that after installing this in a sony laptop wireless network and fn keys and many other things like webcam, fingerprint sensor doesn't work.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!

I GOT THE WIN7 FROM TORRENT AND INSTALLED IT IN MY DESKTOP IT WORKS FINE THERE> HOW TO INSATLL THIS IN MY LAPTOP PLS HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what do you have there?is that an iso ? if it is an iso u can usse bootable usb.
