Need help in removing a windows update

I dont understand why you want me to view the video. What is that supposed to tell me? It doesnt say anything about why i can no longer reduce my CPU multipliers.

1. The provided 'Microsoft Update Catalog' link tells that Hardware ID of the hardware device is 'acpi\int3394'. When i google it tells that the driver is 'Intel (R) ACPI BIOS Control Driver'!
2. I think/assume that we need to expand 'System device' tree in 'Device Manager' window. it should be listed there in INTEL/ACPI name(s) ,if any.
3. It may be listed under REVO (as advised)/IOBIT . give it a try.
4. Now, you can verify the probable device(s) by comparing Hardware ID and/or install date information in Device Manager [Device manager>show hidden devices>open the trees>look for ACPI/Intel devices> double click (one by one)>Details Tab> Property Drop Down> look for hardware ID and/or install date values and compare]
5. luckily, if you are able to find the device in device Manager, you may need only to Rollback Driver
(But i would suggest to first uninstall all the updates made after the problematic update in reverse order, though it may not be needed !)
