50 memory dumps since 13 May - WOW!!!

Please visit the PC Manufacturer's website and update all drivers
Then visit Windows Update and get all available updates
Then visit Windows Update and get Service Pack 1 (may be listed under Important Updates)
Then visit Windows Update and get any remaining available updates

MSINFO32 shows issues with your Security Processor Loader. This is (IME) usually a sign of an infection. Please do the following:
please run one of these free, independent online malware scans to ensure that your current protection hasn't been compromised: Free Online AntiMalware Resources (read the details at the link)
There are also numerous items in your startups that start from locations that aren't normally used - more signs of an infection.

Remnants of Daemon Tools or Alcohol 120% are also on the system (and can cause BSOD's). Please uninstall the program completely and then use this free tool to remove the offending sptd.sys driver: DuplexSecure - FAQ - Remove 32 bit sptd.sys

Will post more when the memory dumps are finished running.....

IMO the Daemon Tools driver (sptd.sys) is the most likely cause of your problems, so it's essential that you confirm that it's been removed from your system (check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers)

But, you also have video issues, so I'd suggest starting with these troubleshooting steps: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html

AmdLLD.sys (AMD Low Level Device Driver) dated from 2007 isn't compatible with Win7 AFAIK
Please uninstall it from your system.

To remove sptd.sys:
- set a system restore point
- go to C:\Windows\System32\drivers and rename sptd.sys to sptd.BAD
- reboot and see if the problem remains

As for updating drivers, visit the manufacturer's website and find the drivers/downloads section

You make a system restore point in case something happens while doing this (so you can recover if you can't get into Windows).

You rename the file so that it won't load when restarting the computer. Don't delete it as there's no way to recover it should you need to.

Then reboot so the system will try and reload it. Since it can't find the sptd.sys file, it'll skip loading it and all should be well.

We'll need to see the memory dump from this last BSOD (and any others we may not have seen).
They're located in C:\Windows\Minidump
Zip them up and upload them with your next post.

You've fixed the sptd.sys problem, but not the video problem.

You haven't fixed the AmdLLD.sys Fri Jun 29 15:47:32 2007 (468561D4)
This is a known issue with this driver and it does cause BSOD's. DON'T remove it like you did with the sptd.sys - because the system may not boot (and you'll have to use the system restore point).

These most recent memory dumps are all about the video
Have you gone through the steps here?: http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lo...op-0x116-video_tdr_error-troubleshooting.html
If you're still having BSOD's after that, then it's time to try another video card (if this is a desktop). If it's a laptop (and you've tried a laptop cooler) then I'd have to suggest taking it to a PC shop for an estimate.

I understand that this is complicated, so please bear with us.

The AmdLLD.sys driver MUST be removed first. I don't know what program that your system has that uses it - but you'll have to remove it. If it came with the system, please let us know the exact make and model of your Fujitsu Siemens computer.

Once we figure that out, then we can move on to the other stuff about the video.

Uninstall the AMD DualCore Optimizer - that's the one that seems to affect the AmdLLD.sys driver.
Then (after a reboot) check in C:\Windows\System32\drivers to ensure that the driver has been removed
Let us know if it's gone or not.

If you delete the file and the system doesn't boot - what are you going to do? This happens often with low-level drivers - and that's why we don't want you messing around with the drivers in the C:\Windows\System32\drivers folder. Renaming the file doesn't stop the entries that try to start it - and they may get difficult if we take the driver away improperly.

We took a chance with the sptd.sys because I didn't see it in your startups and I thought it would be OK.
Also, the system restore point probably would work, but if it didn't we'd still be able to go in and rename the file from .BAD to .sys (but that's more difficult with low-level drivers).

We may still have to try that, so let's see what we've got.
Have you checked in Control Panel...Programs...Uninstall a program to see if the AMD Dual Core Optimizer is there?
Have you checked in the Start Menu to see if the AMD Dual Core Optimizer is there?

Do you still have the Autoruns program installed? If not, please install it - it's free from here: Autoruns for Windows
Then save the report as an .arn file, zip it up and attach/upload it with your next post.

OK, in the Program Files directory is a folder named "AMD"
Inside that is a folder named "dual-core optimizer"
What are the filenames inside that folder (I'm looking for something that could be used to uninstall the program from there)?
***********************************************************************
Don't do this yet, wait until we see if there's another way to remove this problem.

1. set a System Restore point

2. rename
- Program Files\AMD\dual-core optimizer - to Program Files\xAMD\dual-core optimizer
- AmdLLD.sys to AmdLLD.BAD

3. Startups (use Autoruns for this, it's the 2nd entry down from the top)
- disable entry (by removing checkmark) for amd_dc_opt.exe - it's located here:
amd_dc_opt AMD Dual-Core Optimizer AMD c:\program files\amd\dual-core optimizer\amd_dc_opt.exe
located in:
HKLM\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run

4. Services (go to Start and type in "services.msc" (without the quotes) and press Enter)
- disable entry for AMD Low Level Device Driver by removing checkmark
- disable entry for Daemon Tools Virtual Bus Driver removing checkmark

5. Cross fingers (a wish for good luck!) and reboot the computer.

6. Monitor for further BSOD's.

What you mean Don't do this yet, wait until we see if there's another way to remove this problem
Do you mean i have to wait more or i can do the steps you cave.
And the files or stuff in AMD folder are License, Readme and amd_dc_opt.exe
I tryd the exe file but nothing came up because i am in safe mode(I think thats why it didnt open)

I made restore point NOW what?

I found the AMD dual core optimizer update, why can't I do that? maybe it helps, because this driver is made 2007 and others are more recent.
