Need Help on Windows 7

I recently got to the point on my computer I can only be on safe mode. My regular mode only stays on for moments then shuts off. I really need HELP on finding returning my computer to "Factory" setting I can't find that on here. I have looked in restore in recovery and advanced recovery. It's not like my old computer it was right there to see. PLEASE help if anyone can..:banghead:

Since all you can do is boot into safe, it's safe to assume that something is preventing you running normally.

• What happens when you try to boot normally?
• Does it simply reboot in a continuous loop?
• What messages does the system give you?
• What new software have you recently installed before all this started happening?
• Have you recently run a registry cleaner and/or tweak program of some kind?
