Need help please anyone!!!???

Hi I have a Presario Hp CQ62 Notebook PC and I dont know what I did but I have messed up my computer really bad!! Its saying stuff like the dependency group failed to start and all theses error codes like with HP and I dont have the funds right now to buy a new computer or software. There has to be something I can do. Please if anyone is willing to help me and walk me step by step thru this I would really appreciate it. Please feel free to contact me I am so stressed out I cant sleep!! Thank you!!

If possible copy and paste the error codes/messages....Or a screenshot of the problems

Also what type of antivirus/spyware programs are you running?

What were you doing to mess up the computer....did you delete or move anything?...Drop it?

Hi, yes its saying I have no anti spyware or my windows firewall is not running. And mostly everything wants you to get online but I cant even do that all my adapters are gone. I dont know what my friend did but she said she was in the device manager. She messed it up pretty bad and I cant figure it out.

Start/control panel/hardware and sound/device manager....Expand anything with the:warn:....Right click any offending devices....click on Properties in the pop up menu....update driver....try the auto setting

Ok u know how it has like the little arrows on the side? Well u know how they can be filled in or clear? Well most of mine are clear and when I right clicked on the ones with the yellow symbols next to them it said (This device is not working properly because Windows cannot load the drivers required for this device. Code 31). So now im really starting to stress what does that mean???

Have you tried System restore? Pick a point before the problem happened

Start/ all programs/accessories/system tools/system restore

Yes I have tried all that. I even had my other friends dad look at it and he messed it up even more and he set it back to factory default but its still not working!!

Your laptop does have a sticker on the bottom with a 25 digit code (don't post the code) xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx-xxxxx in this format?

Yes but its all scratched up I can barely see the code. But I have Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium. And its saying a lot of error codes and I am just really confused right now. Thank you and I hope u can help me

Make sure you are logged on as a Administrator start/(type in)cmd/right click the result/run as administrator....a small black box will appear type sfc /scannow then press the enter key

Run the scan, if errors appear....Reboot and rerun the scan three times as long as you get errors

Ok its running its at 30% it said it will take some time. Also what is the difference between 32bit and 64bit?? Because it says my system is 64 but its on 32 and right now it says Windows\system32> does that make any sense to you? And if so is that correct?

When I ran it, it says please plug in the bluetooth device and click ok button. What does that mean?

Sounds like it found new hardware...That's good, did SFC find any errors? and did it repair any....I would assume that your laptop is bluetooth capable if you have no bluetooth devices you will either have to hit ok or cancel

Did you reboot after the scan?

Ok it just finished it says Windows Resource Protection did not find any integrity violations. But it also says in a different box, installing bluetooth driver but this other box keeps popping up and saying Please plug in the Bluetooth device and click ok????

Ok I just hit cancel on that bluetooth thing cause it wouldnt let me do anything else. So right now I am shutting it down to restart it. And yes it said installing all kinds of files so lets see. Its restarting right now

Ok its back on. So its still showing the computer with no internet access and saying the Dependency service or group failed to start??
