Need Help Please!

I have enclosed 2 files which depict what I want to customize:
The first one is systeminfo1.jpg and the second is systeminfo2.jpg.

In the systeminfo1.jpg, I would like to change these items:

(1) change this graphics
(2) Change the fonts and color of fonts
(3) Change the fonts , color of fonts and the picture.
(4) Change the fonts and the color of fonts
(5) Change the font, underline the font and color of the fonts
(6) Change the graphic
(7) change the color of the fonts and font
(8) Change the font,size and color of font
(9) change the font, size and color of font
(10) Change the line and size of line
(11) Change graphic and font. color of the font
(12) change font in see also

Some of the basic stuff can be changed through the advanced Window Color menu which is a part of the Personalization control panel.

Control Panel > All Items > Personalization > Window Color > Advanced

The rest is actually part of the theme itself and in order to change it you'd have to create your own theme. In order to do that you'll need to create custom graphics and use a Windows 7 Theme Builder to do so.
