need help regarding win7 superbar....

i want to know something...how it is possible to add some blue color or any color mark in windows7 super bar for those of running apps...i mean the buttons on windows7 super bar,they show some sort of color indicator,on those which are working...i give u an example from my screenshot.....but in this pic,it is in theme,its part of theme which makes such blue color buttons on running apps buttons...

no no....it is for navigation buttons...m asking windows 7 taskbar (superbar)...and buttons and icons which are pasted on taskbar...application shortcuts...as shown in theme,there are blue dots under those buttons,which are active....in that it is part of theme...but i want it to work with every theme...

Unfortunately it is a part of that theme and it's not possible to make it a default without making the necessary amendments to each theme individually.

It is unquestionably a lot neater than the native Windows solution so it may be worth the effort!
