Need Help urgently

Hi dear all...
I am zhad from Dubai UAE...
I am facing one problem regarding Adminstration log in... When i tried to log on my my admin account... its shows the error..

'User Profile Service service failed the logon - user profile cannot be loaded'
I have one other user accout but its parental controlled ..
i logged in with this temprory account and want to change its status to administration .. its ask for admins passwore ... i entered the password but nothing happend...
could any one please help me to sort out the problem...

If the service is failing something is likely corrupted.

Dear Sir,

Thanks for your help...
I used the sfc commond but its give me the below message

You must be an administrator running a console session in order to use the sfc utility.

So what should i do know Sir?
