Need help with backuping.

Basically my gran gave me windows 8 (CD Version) for my birthday and am wanting to use it on my pc. The only problem is about backing up my computer. I want just a whole backup so incase anything goes wrong, i can just click a button or something like that and my computer will be back to normal. Can someone please help me with this.
