so i burned a repair cd from a friends laptop same OS and bit (Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit) only difference it my desktop was Lenovo and his laptop is Acer but i didn't think this would matter. Now after botting from DVD drive with the CD inside takes me to the System Recovery however in the box it does not show my OS nor any other OS (see pic) again sorry for poor quality took with my phone.

I looked into this and read a forum saying this might be caused by an inactive partition. opened up command prompt did DISKPART then LIST DISK, and these are my results....

Any ideas on how to fix this or what could be the cause?

Just a bit of extra info I personally dont care about saving any files that may be on the hard drive as long as i can just get it running again. I mostly play video games so since my desktop when under iv been using my laptop being rather low end and only used for school work thing is unbearably slow when running any game even on lowest settings so the sooner I can get my desktop up and running again the better.

Also during boot up when the "Lenovo" logo shows and pressing F12 to show boot options. The hard drive doesn't always show. Dont know if this is common or not, just something I figured id add. Iv tried various SATA cables different Power supply units just to see it there might be a broken cable and what not. Doesn't seem to change anything.
