Solved Need help with computer that only starts in windows 7 basic.

I have a new built pc with msi mainboard amd fx6100 cpu 8gig mushkin blackline ram ocz 550w psu and a power color 7850. my issue is from a cold start i.e. turning on for the first time it only starts in windows 7 basic, if once its on i can restart it and then everything is fine it starts normally. i have sent the graphics card and mainboard with cpu and ram back to the manufactures for testing but came back with no fault found. put it all back together and tried it with a geforce gt640 and still have the same issue...
pls help getting desperate now.

You might have better luck asking the Mod to move this to Hardware and Devices.

In the meantime, have you tried the old trick of booting to Safe Mode, deleting the video driver from Device Manager, then rebooting? It's a standard ploy used by support that works maybe half the time.
