I've enabled the setting for Medal of Honor on High, yet the graphix are not to compare with MW2.how can I get rid of the rough edges and bad graphics? Is this common with the MoH pc game? How do I allow my cpu & video card get the best graphox for MoH?

What graphics card do you have? If you've got ATI, are you sure that you haven't set the settings to the lowest in the CCC?

And you're sure that all the settings are highest?

Also, might be possible that the game just doesn't look as good as MW2

I have a GTX260 as well but I can not remember whether MoH had better or worse graphics than MW2 and even if it didn't, this is not indicative of a graphic card problem.

Now, being said that, perhaps you need to update your card drivers? MoH being newer than MW2 might take advantage of it but remember... each game will have different graphics.

Once in the Video Setting Options of the Game, I would adjust different things but, for the most part, I just don't know what they really do so I just leave them alone! and set everything to the recommended settings except for my Monitor's native resolution :D

All the settings are at their highest.
I'm running a GTX260

Its just that the graphics are not that impressive for a 2010 pc game

Boohoo, you're not impressed. If you're bothered that much with it, don't play it.

But that's just it: I WANT to play it but the jagged edges just aren't eye candy. The details on the environment however are excellent.

FYI: I already finished the game a few days ago. I'm just looking for ways to improve the graphics, because the "highest" game settings are still lacking.

You can always go to nVidia Control Panel and force your own settings on the application. Start -> type nvidia and click. Go to Manage 3D settings-> Program settings, load the MOH.exe and proceed to change anything and everything you want/can. This is always useful to me for older games, but it might work for you too.
