That sounds like something is delaying the startup. Follow these steps and I'll see if I can work out what it might be.

1. Download this .BAT file to your desktop

Download

2. Right-click the .BAT file and 'Run as Administrator'

3. Locate the .ZIP file created on your desktop, and upload it here in your next reply.

You seem to have both Norton and Bitdefender installed - thats a no-no as they will compete for resources, and may conflict with one another.

I would clean up those items shown in Norton, then uninstall it completely (it is a known resource hog on some systems). When you reboot, see if things go a bit quicker.

That might be Norton scanning the system at boot-time. To test, uninstall it and reboot. Any quicker?

Looks like sync problems. Could be the GPU or simply the cable from the MB to the display. Unless you're handy at PC repairs, your best choice is to take it to a service center. Have them pre-order the cable and try that first. Otherwise, it's new motherboard time. The cost of replacing a MB at a center will put you pretty close to a new laptop though.
