Well how did you tell that the WiFi is fast? What plan are you using?

Globe 3mbps. I mostly use my phone in surfing the net. But, the problem was, WHEN I turned on my desktop, internet connection suddenly slows down. Even google, it was very hard to access.

Is this a new computer? Second hand? I would check what programs are running on the computer first. Press ctrl + alt + del and click on task manager. List what applications are running.

I suspect something such as Windows Update, OneDrive, Dropbox or something else is hogging all of the bandwidth.
