Hello everybody, brand new to the forum!

I need some help with Outlook 2007. A couple days ago my display on how I see things (like the view) suddenly changed and I can't seem to get it back
Here is my current display:

I would like to go back to the original display, like when you first get the program for the first time. All help would be appreciated!

Try going to the View menu and playing around with the various settings there. I can't remember what the default arrangement is, but I think maybe the To Do bar is on the right - you can set that in the View menu

Have a look at the Panes area, you can alter how they show.
