Does anyone know how to get rid of this half page thing i have.

He's saying that the scroll bar disappears at the halfway point.

Does this happen in all applications or only with specific ones?

I just tried different sites and it's only occurring at one.

Can you take a screenshot of the full window? Use the Snipping Tool and snip Window.

I noticed it was not happening on my Admin account. I decided to run Hitman Pro and it said proxy server on user account needs repair , i will see if it's corrected but i'm confused.

Well somethings not right, it's back to the old problem again. Hitman Pro says Proxy server on this computer repair three times

I am at a complete loss.

Have you run SFC /SCANNOW Command ?

If the problem doesn't exist on your Admin account then move your Files over and delete the corrupt User Account.

If this is the Built-in Hidden Admin Account then create a new Admin-level account to move into first, then after this is all done hide the Built-in Admin again: Built-in Administrator Account - Enable or Disable - Windows 7 Forums
