Need help!

I have an Acer Laptop, and when I turned it on it said to start up repair so it did, after the start up repair you no when it takes about a minute to go to the accounts on the laptop? It'll stay like that for ages, ive left it liked that overnight to see if it will take me to my accounts on the laptop but it wont
Any help please? Much appreciated.

Boot up using the Startup Repair CD or Windows 7 DVD. (not the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Disk) If you have a Netbook, you will need a CD/DVD drive.
NOTE: Make sure no USB drives are plugged in.
Do not use a USB Pendrive for Startup Repair.

& made the Startup Repair CD.
