Solved Need Help!!!

HI,
After starting my laptop, I am getting error msg: Windows Cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriete permission to access the item. Any advice as to what I should do?

Are you able to login into windows?
I mean, does this message appear when you login into windows or you can't login at all?

if you can't login at all try to restart and when it boot's up press F8 to enter boot manager (press F8 multiple times right after bios boot)

then choose repair my computer >> startup repair option and folow the seps.
