need help

i have toshiba satellite s855. unfortunately its windows is removed . now i have no source to reinstall it. and secondly i want to install windows7 instead of windows 8. can someone guide me or help me to resolve this issue.

We can safely assume he wants to install a version of Windows 7.
Kasmisyed. You need to purchase a full retail version of Windows 7. I'm not sure where you would purchase from in your country but no doubt if you use Google that will guide you. Make doubly sure that you purchase from a Microsoft Authorised Dealer otherwise you could find yourself with pirated software which will fail in the long term!

If this is an Win8 machine you will need to take special steps to UPDowngrade Windows 8 to Windows 7.

Specifically you need to turn off Secure Boot in BIOS setup so that you can do the install in UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with - Windows 7 Forums or Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7

I've just Googled "toshiba satellite s855" and all the laptops I can find have Windows 7 Pre-installed. I appreciate that that may not be the case in all countries but I would suggest that kazmisyed looks at the sticker on the laptop (that might mean removing the battery to find the sticker) and see what version of Windows was originally installed. If the licence key is there for Windows 7 then he just needs to download the appropriate ISO to do a clean install!
