Need Helps. Computer screen malfunction.

As photo in link above, the brightness/ color on the computer has gone malfunction. No matter how I changed the brightness, the upper part of the screen doesn't change at all. Hope could get some helps here.

Sounds like your backlight is going and not uniform anymore. Model of the monitor and have you tried it on another source (computer, tv)?

Since my computer is a all in one computer so the model of my computer is HP all in one 200-5160a. Thank you for helping.
