Need information about the forum

I'm fairly new to this forum. Actually I've been a member for several months but have just recently started to use it. Since I started to use it, I like everything about it and have therefor been using it more the last couple of weeks. But there's a lot that I don't know about how certain things work; such as how choosing someone to be a friend, rating a post, etc. Could you provide me a link or something I can read and get more information? As I said, I like the forum but would like to know more about it. Thanks
