Hello. i have windows 7 64 bit dual booted with linux(ubuntu 14.04 64 bit). Currently I have four primary partitions and an unallocated space that i just created by shrinking the c: drive as you can see in the screenshot attached with this thread. I want to create another drive so that i can store my files there.I cant create new volume in unallocated space as i already have four primary partitions. So I was thinking if i could turn the C drive from primary partition to extended partition and divide it to two drives: one being the c: drive storing the system files and the other where i can store my personal fields. If it's possible, how do i do it? If not is ther any other way without having to reformat it? Is third party software is required for this?
