Need network adapter?

Well I installed Windows 7 on my computer, today, it went smoothly it internet was working fine thought the install, but when I booted it up after the install it can't connect to the internet and it says something like Please update Network Adapter Driver, please help, I am on a different computer now so I can connect to the internet.

Hello. First of all you need to update your system specs so anyone can helps you about the driver that you need. Also you can try updating driver via device manager.
Start->Control Panel->Device Manager. There expand Network Adapters,and click on it with right click and select Update driver software.
