VMware Player is the best you can get. But you need to upgrade your RAM. 4GB would be a good size. There is really no other free option besides vBox and VMware Player.

You are not listening to what we say. Hopping around in squares is not going to change the facts.

Others have already told you that you need to up your RAM (assuming that the machine listed in your system spec is the one you wish to run VMs on) but I'm wondering if what you are really asking is for free Guest OSes. In that case, try installing any distro of Linux.

Why need 4GB if you can have 3GB use 1.5 GB for the VMs.

Running Windows 7 in 1.5GB for the host and the guest is tight. It will run but it may be slow. If your guest system is a Linux distro, then you can go with 2GB for the host and 1GB for the Linux guest. That will work fine.
