Hello, I need help on customizing my windows 7 64 bit. I do not have much idea on customizing as I am trying it for the first time. I am looking to customize it like it is shown in this page.

Background Folder / Explorerframe, Personalize & UniversalThemePatcher Win7 By HT

I cannot use windows theme installer v1.1 as it gives error on "cannot access this and that file". So Can anyone help me find an alternative route? Or even try the way it is given in the website thank you.

I'm not seeing a theme on that website just some kind of tool to change system files and even at that you have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to download it it doesn't look safe to me.

nah it is safe it was made by my friend and I customized my PC too so guess this post is solved lol
