I know this is not the best title, I didn't know how else to word it because I am unsure where or what the problem might be.

So, I am here and noticing my pc takes a good 5 mins to finish loading at boot up, I have no idea why, but I'd like to fix this if its possible. Anyone able to help with this or suggest maybe some program thats trustworthy to mess with stuff to get it to load faster? I am also having an issue with steam cpu spiking on 1 core and refusing to load, but thats another issue entirely (it just started this recently, the slow startup has been a thing for a while) I defrag once in a while as well so its not that either.

Any tests, or programs that can config the pc to fix these issues? preferably ones I can safely uninstall after it does its thing. Thanks all.

First off their is no Tuneup, Speedup fix my computer program.
If you find one on the internet it will be crapware and make more problems that you have now.

Things I noticed.
1. For your video card you need more power supply. It requires at least 500W and I would suggest at least 650W.

2. I don't see a anti virus program in your specs.
What security programs do you use?

3. Here is a tutorial with some great guide lines on how to speed your system up. You probable will not need to do all of the suggestions.
Take a good slow read through the tutorial and ask any question.

Well here is a screenshot(s) of my services window. Maybe you guys can help me figure out what I need to disable? all I really do is play games, watch videos, surf the net, and use torrents and such, thats about it. I don't know what half the stuff is in here. I also recently disabled trillian from loading on startup and that helped noticably, all I have on autostart is Steam, and windows 7 firewall control (program to make it easier to use the win7 built in firewall, as well as have more control over it). Aero is afaik disabled, since I use classic shell to make it look more like win98 (I hate the new look on the windows os, going to suck when I go to win10 and I can no longer use this sigh).

I recommend not messing with Microsoft Services.

Here is a couple of picture of the computer I'm on now.
I have nothing in Startup that is not needed.
I also have nothing extra in NON Microsoft Services
