Evaluate my HijackThis Log File please

I just want a professional to analyze this attached registry/settings log.
It states some files are missing.
My computer is running fine.
Opera Browser is trying to freeze up on and off though,only trouble.
I've done a full scan[rootkit also] with malwarebytes=clean.
Also I have run sfc /scannow=no corruption found.
States lsass.exe is missing the file, but in Task Manager it's running fine.
Plus many other missing files are present in this log.

Oh okay I figured it was False.
Seems like they would have that right by the Download Button...
Not for x64 etc. lol.
