Like the title above says i need something more powerful than the xfx radei HD 4850 1GB but not to expensive, Sure it still chugs a long fine but lacks newer dx features, I only payed $130 when i bought that card a cpl years ago but I'm looking for something cheaper than can beat it in performance. That and ati just put that card in legacy support :( Model HD-485X-ZDFC rev.2.1 if you all want to look up the specs has double lifetime warranty one of the reason i bought it, Had it replace by xfx once when capacitors started leaking in an older revision of the card.

well a 6770 is about 100 bucks new and would be a mild improvement in overall performance.
As long as you stay under the 100 dollar mark there's not a ton of options.

It may be possible to find a 5850 somewhere in that price range and it's about twice as fast.
It's also a tad older so the possibility of finding one in your price range gets slightly better.

Sadly 100 bucks just isn't a lot for a video card these days.

Thanks for recommendations, I haven't spent the time to research graphic cards lately im sure i will find something decent, This card will be going in my other computer if i do get a new one as the one in there is much older as i just needed something to hook to my old 35 inch crt TV that's in the living room, Onboard had hdmi and dvi but no legacy svideo, I been borrowing my uncles old graphic card ATI HD 2000 series for a long time now I'm supposed to be able to Crossfire X with it but i lose ability to use ports on card when i do, Sad thing is if i just upgraded the tv i wouldn't need it. And i don't do any heavy gaming on it just browsing and watching tv movies and stuff. The computer i need the faster card in is my Gaming PC Not so new now but has AMD 3GHZ Quad Core Phenom II in it with 8GB of Memory and the xfx radeon HD 4850 1GB, that and my tv tuner,

XFX does still make good long lasting cards.
If possible I would say with them both for that and warranty.

I still have my old and heavily abused 8800gtx from them and it still chugs along.
