I also need to disable "safe mode with networking" option. Isn't there really another way except paying for an overpriced hack? (Disable Safe Mode)

Again, why disable it? There has to be a specific reason for it, or are you simply worried that someone could start up the computer in safe-mode-with-networking and then somehow access it from the outside to hack into it?

Just don't invoke Safe Mode. It can't be done without purposely doing it, you're safe from going to Safe Mode accidently.
