Need to do a reinstall but need to know how to backup certain programs

I have Alureon.H on my system and nothing I do seems to be able to remove it, so I've decided that I'm going to have to do a clean install of Windows 7. The problem is that I don't know which program files, settings, drivers, etc. to back up. There is one group of programs in particular (Vocaloid, Vocaloid2, and Vocaloid3) that I really don't want to lose due to how expensive they were. However, each of these programs and their many add-on sound libraries required me to register them, and I've lost many of the activation codes. I can probably figure out how to back up all my other stuff, but I have no idea which files and directories and stuff I need to save to keep those programs working and registered when I reinstall windows.

Also, I run windows from a bootcamp partition on a macbook, so I don't know if that changes anything when I reinstall

If you install keyfinder by magic jelly bean you should be able to print off the list of all your cd keys that are on the computer. Once you have your keys you will probably want to back up the "Documents", "Pictures", "Videos" and "Favorites" folders from your user profile folder located at c:\users.

I am not sure wher vocaloid saves the files so I can't help there.
