Need to know how to get move to,copy to option on drop down menu win 7

I have win 7,Sometime back,I asked if there was a way to get the'move to and copy to folder' feature,when I would right click on a folder or file in XP,it dropped down a menu that had those two options,but win 7 didn't have those options.
But someone sent me instructions on how to get that into windows 7,but I lost them. That fix worked fine.I want to put it onto my wife's laptop. Can anyone help me?
